About Me

My interest in complementary therapies began a number of years ago when I received a reflexology treatment for stress related health issues. At the time I was working in a sales environment that was very stressful and I was under a lot of pressure. I was amazed at the difference the reflexology treatments made to my overall health and wellbeing, and wanted to help others to achieve the same benefits. That's when I decided to give up my job in sales and become a holistic practitioner.

I studied for a year before I was awarded the AOR Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the Ki School of Holistic Therapies in Hexham, Northumberland.

I am a full member if the Association of Reflexologists. This is a professional body with a strict code of conduct to which I am bound. I am fully insured and hold a current first aid certificate. You can find additional information about my qualification on the AOR website: www.aor.co.uk

A Mobile Reflexology service is available to female clients living in the Tyne and Wear area.
